![]() Penske Racing's RS Spyder during practice for the 2008 12 Hours of Sebring. Porsche's in both the LMP2 and GT2 class appeared unstoppable today, with the RS Spyder's and 911 GT3 RSR's driving trouble-free races. In addition, Penske Racing's bright yellow RS Spyder was the overall winner, the first at Sebring by an LMP2 car. This was also the first overall win for Porsche since 1988 when Hans Stuck and Klaus Ludwig were victorious in a Porsche 962. Flying Lizard Motorsports hard work and resilience finally paid off for them at Sebring after finishing second the last two years. Jörg Bergmeister, Wolf Henzler and Marc Lieb drove their 911 GT3 RSR to a two-lap victory over their teammates Darren Law, Seth Neiman and Alex Davison. This is the first time the Flying Lizards finished 1-2 in their class, who placed third in 2005 and runner-up in 2006 and 2007.
